One of our favorite's around here. Super cheap, pretty simple and oh so satisfying!! Not sure about the healthyness! The Shepherds pie above was made without corn, we usually add the corn to it. I know one family that uses creamed corn?! I haven't tried that yet!
it's no gorgeous dish, but it looks filling and satisfying!! =]
